Excellent experience. I am one of those who absolute dreads the thought of buying a new car because of pushy sales people and just an all around uneasy feeling when going to dealerships. This car purchase I decided to try buying a vehicle online. I shopped around many dealerships in about a 3 week p...eriod of time. A lot of dealerships used the same tactics they would use if you were to show up on their lot...they would bug the heck out of you! My search came to an end when I started dealing with Mike Landau at Earnhardt Toyota of Mesa. Mike was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very upfront, very informative and really seemed to do what he can to put a deal together that worked for me. Once we had agreed on the car we wanted with the options and color we wanted we started working on the out the door price and an ETA to get a dealer trade to have the exact car we were looking for. It only took a few days before Mike located what we wanted and had that vehicle headed to Earnhardt Toyota. Once it arrived, Mike contacted me, sent me some photos of the car and set up an appointment for us to come in and finalize the paperwork and pick up our new car. We made our way out to Mesa and met with Mike in person. He was real easy to work with in person, just as he had been over the phone and via email. We were in and out of the dealer in about an hour and on the road with our new 2018 Camry SE. Everyone we were in contact with from the receptionist to the finance office and of course Mike...they were all fantastic! I would not hesitate to send family/friends to Mike @ Earnhardt if they were in the market for a new Toyota. Show more

Jeff Capshaw and the internet/fleet sales team over at Earnhardt are awesome. They took great care of us from start to finish with little to no delays or confusion. Jack Shen deserves a special shout out for being so patient and attentive, especially considering how particular we were with regards t...o our options and accessories. They got us a great deal and followed up multiple times during and after the purchase process to ensure our experience was truly exceptional...which it was. I was referred by a friend who works at a different Earnhardt dealership. The experience was great, I got a good price on a new Tacoma. It had more features and options than I knew existed. Earnhardt did a great job. They were friendly and the deal went down as promised.

I never get excited about buying new cars, because of the hassle, but today's buying experience completely changed that! Thanks Mike M and Troy M for all your help today and literally chasing me from car to car to truck!

I got to the dealer for my auto butler and oil change. Somehow, the auto butler was not on schedule. I told them I set it up when I set up the oil change. They squeezed me in and got the auto butler done as well as the oil change. I really appreciated not having to make another appointment and go ba...ck. Show more

Super great service and great customer service No pressures only suggestions. No one tried to sell me any unneeded services. The service issue was completed in the exact estimated wait time and my vehicle was returned to me clean.
