Evan Aldrich

I was born December 28, 1980 in Indianapolis Indiana. My family had grown up in the area and most are all still there except for me. My Mom moved us to Oklahoma when I was three years old and we lived there for three years.

In 1987 our family moved to Arizona when a job opportunity with Emery World Wide opened up. We settled in Mesa and I attended school in the Mesa Public School system and I graduated from Dobson High School in 1999. I was active in sports until my sophomore year and then spent the rest of the high school career having fun. At least the teachers liked me.

After high school I enlisted in the army and headed off to Ft. Sill Oklahoma for basic training. I was trained in aviation operations in airfield management. I had the opportunity to directly assist the First Aviation Brigade Commander with his daily operations. Thus I spent my time in the army.

After getting out I got my criminal justice degree at the University of Maryland overseas in Germany. I spent three years there and then came back to Arizona and got into the cars business at Earnhardt Dodge. Soon there after I joined my brother-in-law at the Earnhardt Honda store in Avondale. I spent one year there until I was invited to go and help open the new Toyota store. I have been here at Earnhardt Toyota for the past eight months selling the greatest product in the world.

I love what I do and I hope to be of service to you in helping you become part of the Earnhardt family.

Curtis Edler

I was born on July 17, 1982 in Lena Illinois, a town of 2500 people in northwest Illinois 10 miles from the Wisconsin border. I was the 4th of 5 children in my family. We were the typical middle class mid-western family. I grew up in the same house my parents are still living in. My dad is a plumber and my mom works at Honeywell. Luckily for them they got used to paying for 5 kids, so now they are enjoying the fruits of their labor with all of us moved out. I went to Lena-Winslow High School (5 small towns going to 1 school) and lettered in Football, Basketball and Track and Field.

For my High School graduation my dad got me a road atlas for a gift, so after my first year of college I decided to use it and moved to Arizona with my sister and she got me a job selling Honda's at Right Honda in Scottsdale. After about 3 years I decided to see if the grass was any greener, and went through a couple of dealership's before ending up at another Honda dealership as an Assistant Sales Manager.

Burnt out of the daily grind of the "old school car business" after just under a year, I decided to take a sabbatical and took 6 months off of work and remodeled an investment property of my family's. Doing all of the manual labor myself, except for the tile floors, painting, and counter tops, I realized writing up some paperwork would be a nice change of pace. So I started looking to get back in to the Car Business again and got a position as a Fleet Manager at another Toyota Dealership, and loved every minute of it. This new way of selling was so refreshing to me, it reinvigorated my career and turned me into one of the top producers in my store. Now at Earnhardt Toyota, the future is looking even better with the drastic improvements they have made since acquiring this franchise.

My opportunity is great, but I still have to follow one simple rule, "Take care of the Customer." Everything else will fall into place. Let me know how I can take care of you and I will do everything I can to exceed your expectations. I look forward to helping you.

I love sunshine, but never got into coffee . . . a strange mix for someone born and raised in Seattle. I also lived in Florida, Alabama and Virginia while growing up, but Seattle was always home. Unfortunately, I never got used to that 9 month long rainy season!

After graduating from Washington State University (business and psychology) and Pacific Lutheran University (social sciences), I decided to make my way toward sunshine: Southern Arizona! I quickly fell in love with the desert and its' warm, dry weather and gorgeous sunsets. An added bonus: this is where I met my beautiful bride, Lisa (who hails originally from Pittsburgh)!

Lisa and I are outdoor people. We love to hike, bike, scuba dive, ski and rock climb. You could also call us dog people. We have two adopted rescue pets: Bisbee (yes, she "found" us during an adventure to Bisbee), and Sedona, named for her red brindle coat.

To help give back to the community my wife and I volunteer with a variety of non-profits, including Habitat for Humanity, American Red Cross, National Ski Patrol and the Southern Arizona Rescue Association. In fact, during the winter, if you visit Sunrise Park Resort, you will probably run into us up on the slopes. I was honored to serve as a rescue volunteer during the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City.

I retired from my first career doing advancement work (alumni relations and fund raising) at five major Universities. As Lisa won't be ready to retire for several more years, I had to find something new, fun and challenging. Many of my friends and family have been in the automotive industry, so I thought I would try my hand at it.

Here at Earnhardt, we take a different approach to assist you. We focus first on you and your needs. No pressure. No hassle. No Bull. I joined the Earnhardt team, so I could apply this approach in a supportive, family environment. I would love to earn the opportunity to help you. Please call me on my cell phone at any time for assistance: Cell: 480-278-6833

I started selling cars at Superstition Toyota in January of 2006 after moving here from Steamboat Springs, CO. I left my life as a "ski bum" after 8 years of changing jobs and rentals to match the seasons. I began that life, to my parents' excitement, after leaving Old Bridge, New Jersey to get my Bachelor's in Parks and Rec. from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. I drove city buses in Colorado, bartended in Alaska, guided rafts in North Carolina, and mapped streams in Utah. I've owned and worked on 12 vehicles. Now I'm down to a 2004 Corolla and a 2007 4Runner.

After a year of retail, I was promoted to Fleet Manager and am now a Certified Master in Cars and Trucks and Certified in Scions.

I have been with the Earnhardts since May of 2007 when they bought the dealership from the previous owner. I believe with over 58 years experience and 8 dealerships in the valley these folks know how to treat their employees and customers.

Thank you for the opportunity to earn your business, you won't be disappointed!

I supposed I was destined for the automobile industry since I went to Firestone High School — named after the tire magnate. I even met Mr. Firestone's family once. My high school was located in Akron, OH where I was born and raised. I left Ohio and the snow 31 years ago vowing never to live in another city that required shoveling snow. I think I've met that objective! Even when we are in the dead of summer here in Arizona, I just smile and say, "At least you don't have to shovel heat".

I started out working for several dealerships as a service advisor and really enjoyed the interaction with my customers. Taking care of customers and solving their problems has to be at the top of my list so I decided to take the plunge and sell cars where I could interact even more with customers. I worked at Earnhardt Dodge and Hyundai until I came to Earnhardt Toyota. Where else can you sell a highly dependable car that gets great gas mileage, especially with the gas crunch these days!

When I am not helping customers I enjoy taking my son, whose 4 and my daughter who is 5, to the park! Watching their limitless energy makes me wish I could bottle it up and sell it as alternative fuel. My wife and I will be celebrating our six year anniversary this year and love to go to movies (when Grandma can watch the kids), swimming with the kids and boating and fishing on the many lakes here in Arizona.

For me, family time is my greatest reward. My second greatest reward is working with my customers to help them find exactly what they are looking for. How can I help you today?

I was born in Quilmes, a suburb of Buenos Aries, Argentina. My father moved my mother and me to the United States in 1964. We lived in Bell California for most of our lives and I moved my family to Gilbert Arizona in 2003. I have been a Fleet Manager with Toyota for about 5 years. I am Master Certified in Cars and Trucks and also certified in Scion. I have achieved GOLD Sales Society status within Toyota and hold the highest customer service ratings.

I strongly believe in the virtues of Honor, Loyalty and Respect, with a high emphasis on Family. I come from a family of Car Men, as my father was the General Manager of Maywood Bell Ford in Maywood California prior to passing away and joining the Lord in 1974.

My commitment to you as a customer is to treat you with respect and integrity. I will keep every aspect of the transaction above board with clear and simple language. My personal policy is one of full disclosure. In short, I will treat you as one of my family.

Last but not least, I want you, my future customer, to know that I have the qualifications and results to work for any Toyota Dealership in the nation; however I choose to work for the Earnhardts because they share in the same belief system and allow me to work within my core values.

I was born in Guyana, South America, on May 28, 1962, in a small village on the East coast of Demerara called Beterverwagting. I have 9 other siblings (4 sisters and 5 brothers). I spent most of my youth playing badminton, soccer, table tennis and attending the St Peters Roman Catholic Church.

I completed my secondary education in 1980. After high school I attended Guyana Fire Service Training school and graduated as a practical fire fighter. A few years after graduation, I was offered a position as a Fire Prevention Officer and served in the fire prevention department for four and a half years. It was a great experience having to teach fire safety and inspect government/private premises. I left in April of 1989 of my own volition. I also signed up as a Volunteer CP (Constabulary Police) and was later sworn in as a Rural Constable. I later became the Chairman of the Newtown Policing group and sat as vice chairman for the Division.

In May of 1989 I joined the Guyana Power and Light Company as a clerk in the accounting department and within a few months, because of my experience in fire safety, I was promoted to Assistant Safety Officer. I was subsequently promoted as "Safety Officer" and then as "Safety and Chief Security Officer". In my position I acted as the company contact person with the Ministry of Health and Labor. I spent 13 years with that establishment and that was the last position I held before coming to United States of America in 2002. During that period I attended University of Guyana where I received a Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health.

I have a wife and a son (3yrs old) living with me in the city of Gilbert. My favorite leisure time activities are karaoke, indoor volley ball (Wally ball - played in a racquet ball court) and ping pong table tennis.

I joined the then Superstition Springs Toyota family (now Earnhardts) in 2004 as a salesperson. I am currently a Fleet Manager in the Internet Department. I am certified with Toyota and Scion and look forward to serving you in your purchase of the best and most reliable car in the world — Toyota!

I was born on 16 September 1947 in Huntington, West Virginia. My family moved to Phoenix in 1958, where we had a home at 2nd Street and Willeta, which is close to downtown Phoenix. We later moved to the west side of Phoenix. I graduated from Alhambra High School in 1966.

In July of 1966 I enlisted in the United States Air Force, and served eight years before being honorably discharged in July 1974. During my first four year tour I worked on B-52 bombers and the KC-135 tanker/refueling aircraft. I was stationed at McCord Air Force base in Tacoma, Washington during my second tour, and served as the crew chief and flight line controller for the Lockheed C-141 Starlifter, the military strategic airlifter.

I returned to Phoenix where I worked at my brothers' construction company for a number of years. In 1994 I began my career in the automobile industry; I found my passion for automobiles and helping Customers. During the past thirteen years I have been leading the Internet and Fleet sales department.

I have only one mission; to help my Customers — ensuring that the car, SUV, or truck they purchase or lease from me provides the best value, quality, and reliability. Given my track record of repeat Customers, I am happy to say Mission Accomplished! My motto is: technology changes but relationships last forever.

I was born February 27, 1966, in Beijing China. I came to the United State in December 1989 to further my education. I was accepted at Brigham Young University where I studied and received a degree in 1992 in molecular Biology. I worked in the university lab and taught for a year after graduation. I settled in Arizona in 1994 after spending 5 years in Utah.

I have two daughters, Samantha age 8 (but she wants to be called Sammy) and Kasey age 6. They are my life and I spend every minute of my time outside work with them.

After going back to school again, getting an MBA in 1996, I started in the automobile sales business. I was the Sales Person of the Year in 1997 for the number three Honda dealership in the country. After an unsuccessful business partnership with friends in 2001 and two years working as an Assistant Store Manager for Wal-Mart, I decided to sell Toyota...

I appreciate every opportunity that my customers have given me. I realize that you have many choices when you decide to purchase your next vehicle. I treat my customer as friends, as family members. I hope to be of service to you in the near future.

Steven Wade

My name is Steve Wade. I was born on January 16, 1966 in Limestone Maine. Growing up our family moved frequently because my father was an Air Force Pilot. It was nice because it allowed me to "see the world". I learned new languages and met an array of people from different cultures.

My Dad retired in 1979 and moved to Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Arizona has been my home ever since.

After Graduating from Northern Arizona University with degrees in Economics and International Relations; I moved to Phoenix in 1994 with the intent to get my MBA. While waiting for school to start, I received a job selling cars. I've been hooked ever since. I love snow skiing and head to my condo in Colorado at least 10 times a year.

I have been with Earnhardt Toyota for almost a year and thoroughly enjoy it. As a fleet Manager, I can get my customers a great vehicle at a great price. Allow me to solve the transportation needs of you and your family both now and in the future.
